Clothing Alteration and Repair: With teacher Sarah Hannah

Description of Class:
This workshop will allow students to alter and repair their own clothing with the help of our experienced instructor. Techniques include repairing tears and rips, hemming garments, replacing zippers, buttons, and fasteners, or patching and repairing worn-out areas.
Workshops include full use of material and supplies. Participants may bring a few garments of their own that they’d like to work on or may experiment with donated items. Sewing machines are available or you may bring your own.
No prior experience is needed, making this class ideal for beginners eager to explore the world of sewing.
